Sales of New Houses in U.S. Unexpectedly Decreased in May
신규주택판매가 5월에 예상외로 감소했다고 하네요

June 24 (Bloomberg) -- Purchase of new homes in the U.S. unexpectedly fell in May

as builder discounts failed to keep pace with the foreclosure-driven slump in prices

for resales.

주택가격의 하락으로 인한 에상치 하회라 보면 좋겠습니다.

Sales decreased 0.6 percent to an annual pace of 342,000 after a revised 344,000

rate in April that was lower than previously estimated, the Commerce Department

said today in Washington. The median sales prices fell 3.4 percent from May 2008,

compared with a 17 percent drop for existing homes reported yesterday by the

National Association of Realtors.

판매가 0.6% 떨어졌다고 합니다.상무부 발표에 의하면 전국부동산업자 협회에 의하면

기존주택 판매가의 17% 하락한 것에 비교해서 중간가격의 3.4% 떨어졌다고 합니다.

Without bigger price cuts, builders may keep losing market share as the jobless rate

and foreclosures climb, aggravating the drop in resale prices. The recent jump in

mortgage rates may hurt demand even more, threatening to undermine the

stabilization in construction that's emerged so far this year.

크게 가격하락을 막지 못하면 건축업자들은 실업률과 주택차압과 기존주택판매의 가격

의 악화일로의 하락으로인해 손실을 계속 보게 될른지도  모른다고 합니다.

현재는 신규주택판매 예상외의 감소가 일종의 악재인데 현재로는 그런대로 시장 반응

이 좋게 보입니다.200포인트 빠지고 지금은 80포인트 상승인데 좀 약하다고 봅니다.

크게 반등은 리스크가 있다는 것이라 보면 좋겠습니다.흠 그래서 1% 정도 ~~~~
