<P>지금 증시에서는 경영권 분쟁중인 하이마트의 주가를 놓고 궁금증이 증폭되고 있다. 경영권 분쟁에 놓은 하이마트의 주가가 상승해야 하는데 오히려 하이마트의 주가는 폭락하고 유진기업의 주가는 폭등했기 때문이다.</P> <P>장롱은 전일 유진기업을 주목하라는 경고를 한바 있었다. 내용에 따르면 하이마트보다 유진기업이 더 기회가 될것이라 하였으며 그이유는 경영권 분쟁이 그리 교과서적으로만 이루어지는 것이 아니기때문이다.</P> <P>경영권 분쟁이 어떠한 형태로 이루어질지 장담할수 없을뿐더러 상황에 따라서는 치졸해지기까지 하기때문에 득이 될지 실이 될지 장담하기 어렵다.</P> <P>하지만 하이마트의 상당지분을 보유하고 있는 유진기업과 그리고 유진그룹에서의 경영권을 상당부분 유리하게 장악한점등을 감안할때 완전한 인수라는 의미에서 긍정적이라고 보는 것이다.</P> <P>보다 정확한 이유는 공개할수 없는 부분이라서 이정도까지의 힌트만 제공한다.</P> <P>&nbsp;</P> <P>지금 하이마트는 승자가 결정나기까지는 관망이 필요한 구간이다. 사실상 이미 승자는 예견되는 문제이기 때문에 전략도 제시될수 있지만 지금은 다른 투자처로 눈을 돌리는 것이 바람직하다.</P> <P>&nbsp;</P> <!-- -->
