Many weight loss programs assure miraculous results but don't really come close to following up to them. They could create short term profits, but in the long term, they jeopardize your overall health, make you miserable, and fail to keep the body fat from. Moreover, they're unsustainable. The root flaw that each one of these fat burning eating plans fall victim to is the idea that to efficiently burn body fat, one must disrupt the body's natural processes and wrench the body from its natural state. IMG_03.jpgHere's the specific fat loss diet: The premise of this diet plan is that fat may be used by raising the body's metabolic rate. Here's exactly how you will go about doing this:
1) Eat five meals a day. Not full, 5 course meals; more like substantial snacks. This may seem like a repugnant idea, and it might appear at cross-purposes with the goals of ours. But listen to me out there. If perhaps you distribute the meals of yours more evenly during the day, it keeps your metabolism in high gear almost 24/7, just burning away at the fat. You won't be ingesting more calories, though you'll be eating more frequently. In reality, this strategy will curb cravings, so you will not ever feel the urge to binge once again. This method separates this system from all of the other, wannabe fat burning diets.
2) Exercise a few times a week, or even daily, preferably cardio. I understand how miserable jogging is generally. I hate it also. But it is a must. It is tried and true as a method.
3) Eat the appropriate amount of fat. If you eat too much fat, it will be stored in your body, which is what we do not want. But you cannot restrict your intake too much. In case you starve yourself of unwanted fat, the body of yours will respond accordingly--that is, by going into starvation mode. Your metabolism will basically power down. The body's logic here's that resources are scarce and they have to be conserved. So, counter intuitively, restricting your fat intake a lot of will in fact prevent the fat from melting off.
